FQ—PCR检测丹江口地区解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体的五年回顾性研究(1)

     摘要:目的 分析研究实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(FQ-PCR)对解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体的检测结果,以了解本地区在不同性别及年龄段的感染情况。方法 选取1000例疑似非淋菌性尿道炎患者,均采取FQ-PCR进行检测,统计分析不同男女性别及年龄段的阳性检出率。结果 UU和Ct的检出率为44.50%,其中在女性患者中的检出率(55.31%)要明显高于男性(35.58%)(P<0.05)。其中女性患者UU的检出率(37.61%)显著高于男性(18.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ct和UU+Ct在不同性别间检出率无明显差异(P>0.05)。18~40岁患者的阳性率(81.35%)显著高于年龄大于40岁患者(18.65%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 FQ-PCR对UU、Ct的检出率较高,本地区以女性患者及18~40岁年龄段的检出率较高,应加大对上述人群的监管力度。

    A Retrospective Study of FQ-PCR in Danjiangkou Area of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Chlamydia Trachomatis in Five Years

    Abstract:Objective Analysis of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR)of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis detection results, in order to understand the region in different gender and age of infection. Methods A total of 1000 cases of suspected patients with nongonococcal urethritis, FQ-PCR detection. Statistical analysis of different gender and age of the positive rate. Results The detection rate of UU and Ct was 44.50%, among which the detection rate (55.31%) in female patients was significantly higher than that in males(35.58%)(P<0.05).The detection rate of UU(37.61%)in female patients was significantly higher than that in male (18.25%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between UU+Ct and Ct (P>0.05). The positive rate (81.35%) of 18-40 years old patients was significantly higher than that in patients older than 40 years (18.65%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of UU in FQ-PCR and Ct is higher, the detection rate of female patients in the local area and the age of 18~40 years old is higher, and the supervision of these people should be increased.

    在临床中,非淋菌性尿道炎(nongonococcalurethritis,NGU)属于常见性传播疾病[1-2]。该病在欧美等发达国家、地区的发病率居首位,且自2001年以来我国报道NGU发病率已经超过淋病,在全国监测8种性传播疾病中居首位。NGU及并发症,如睾丸炎、前列腺炎、盆腔炎、不孕不育等对人类的健康构成极大的危害。因此需要对该症进行及时诊断,以免耽误治疗[3-5]。而据统计在NGU中40%~70%的病例由解脲支原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(Ct)引起。以前由于检测手段的限制,对UU和Ct检出率较低,无法及时治疗。近年来随着医学的不断进步,检测手段也随之进步,尤其是FQ-PCR技术的应用使得UU和Ct检出率不断增高,已成为临床检测UU和Ct的首先方法。为了解本地区5年来NGU的发病特点,本次研究选取FQ-PCR检测方法对我院在2009年1月~2014年12月收治的疑似NGU进行检测,结果如下。, 百拇医药(邓莉 宋丹 方正春)
